UART_RX_OVERFLOW is a common Koheron V1 firmware error. The UART receive ring filled before foreground code consumed the queued bytes. At least one incoming byte was lost, so the current receive stream cannot be trusted.

Meaning
UART_RX_OVERFLOW is a transport-level data-loss condition. It is reported only when the UART receive ring becomes full and an incoming byte cannot be stored.
Multiple short commands may be queued and processed normally while receive ring capacity remains available. A long single command or raw frame that exceeds the parser buffer is reported as CMD_FRAME_TOO_LONG, not UART_RX_OVERFLOW.
Typical causes
Commands or bytes were sent faster than the firmware could consume them.
Recommended action
Reduce the command rate, wait for responses when strict request-response ordering is needed, and retry the affected command. Clear the error after the communication issue has been corrected.
