Koheron products currently ship with firmware V0.x by default. Firmware V1 is under active development and is not publicly available yet.

lckon
Set or read the interlock configuration.
lckon controls how the interlock input is used before enabling a protected output. On laser products, the protected output is controlled with lason. On driver products, it is controlled with curron.

Syntax
| Syntax | Description |
|---|---|
lckon |
Read the current interlock configuration. |
lckon <value> |
Set the interlock configuration. |
Parameters
<value> is a bit mask. Use 0 to disable interlock handling, or add the values below to enable the required behavior.
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
1 |
Enable interlock checking. The protected output can be enabled only when lcksts returns 1. |
2 |
Invert the interlock input polarity reported by lcksts. |
4 |
Switch mode: the protected output follows the interlock status. |
Examples:
lckon 0: disable interlock handling.lckon 1: enable interlock checking with the default polarity.lckon 3: enable interlock checking and invert the polarity.lckon 4: use the interlock input as the output switch.lckon 6: use switch mode with inverted polarity.
In switch mode, value 1 (bit 0) is automatically cleared because the interlock input itself controls the output state. Therefore, lckon 5 returns 4, and lckon 7 returns 6.
Response
The response is the active lckon value after the command is processed. When a write is rejected or adjusted, the response shows the value that remains active.
Notes
Use lcksts to read the current interlock status. A value of 1 means the interlock condition is safe; a value of 0 means it is not safe.
When interlock checking is enabled, lason 1 or curron 1 is rejected while lcksts returns 0. If the interlock opens while the output is enabled, the firmware disables the protected output and reports an interlock error. Use err and errlist to inspect errors, then errclr after the cause has been corrected.
After changing lckon, use save if the setting should be restored at the next boot on products that support saved user configuration.
