What level of support can I expect when developing on the ALPHA250?

The ALPHA250 is a programmable FPGA platform intended for users who are comfortable developing their own FPGA application.

We provide the open-source Koheron SDK, reference designs and examples that can be used as building blocks for your application.

We can help with specific technical questions related to the ALPHA250 hardware, SDK and reference designs, and we will try to help diagnose problems that prevent you from progressing.

However, we cannot develop or adapt a complete FPGA design for each customer's application. Application-specific FPGA development remains the responsibility of the user.

Development on Windows is not supported.
