rtmax
Set or read the maximum thermistor resistance protection limit in Ω.
Usage
>> rtmax
15000.000
>> rtmax 14000
14000.000
Notes
rtmax is the upper bound of the allowed thermistor resistance range. For an NTC thermistor, higher resistance corresponds to lower temperature, so rtmax also defines the minimum temperature limit reported by tmin. That temperature conversion uses the current ntccal coefficients.
The configured resistance range also limits accepted setpoints: rtset must be between rtmin and rtmax, and tset must be within the equivalent temperature range.
Write a value within the documented range shown in the command API table. Out-of-range values are invalid.
