Set or read the persisted temperature setpoint in °C.

tset sets the target temperature in °C. Firmware derives the equivalent resistance setpoint reported by rtset using the current ntccal coefficients.
Invalid values leave the previous tset value unchanged. The accepted tset range is limited by both the command range and the configured temperature protection range. This protection range can be changed with tmin and tmax, or equivalently through the underlying resistance limits rtmax and rtmin. Changing these limits can therefore change which tset and rtset values are accepted.
