rtset
Set or read the TEC setpoint in the resistance domain, in Ω.
Usage
>> rtset
10000.000
>> rtset 12000
12000.000
Notes
rtset sets the target thermistor resistance in Ω. Firmware converts this resistance to the equivalent temperature using the current ntccal coefficients, updates tset, and then reports the resistance equivalent of the stored temperature setpoint.
Invalid values leave the previous rtset and tset values unchanged. The accepted rtset range is limited by the configured resistance protection range, so rtset must be between rtmin and rtmax. The same protection range can also be changed with the temperature-domain commands tmin and tmax. Changing these limits can therefore change which rtset and tset values are accepted.
Changing ntccal does not change the stored tset value, but it recomputes the equivalent resistance setpoint reported by rtset.
