1. Orders, Quotations

To place an order, you can buy online or email us your purchase order (PDF) to [email protected].
Our products prices are EXW. Shipping fees are not included.
You can request a quotation from your cart. Please email [email protected] for a quotation in USD.

2. Payments

Card Payments. USD payments by card are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Bank Transfers. Please include your invoice or proforma invoice number as the transfer reference. You are responsible for all associated bank charges.
Net 30 invoices. We offer net 30 payment terms to universities and public research laboratories for payments made by bank transfer.

3. Shipping

All orders ship from our office in France.

Time. We ship as soon as possible. In-stock orders leave our offices within 4 working days following the order date.

All shipments are tracked and tracking IDs are emailed following the shipment of the orders.

Shipping Fees. We apply a fixed fee based on the shipping country.
