Use 3.3 V logic on ALPHA250 and 1.8 V logic on ALPHA250-4. The EXP_IOx pins connect directly to the Zynq FPGA I/O banks, so use the matching VCCIO rail and respect power sequencing.
Use a level shifter for another logic voltage. See the expansion connector documentation for the electrical limits.
