LPD100 1550 nm laser and photodetectors

Koheron LPD100 combines a 1550 nm DFB laser (same as LD101), a 100 MHz balanced photodetector (same as PD100B-AC) and a 100 MHz single photodetector (same as PD100-AC). It operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 6 V to 28 V.
